The suite was perfect. We actually put Peter's crib in the bathroom so the space was perfect. Location great. It was expensive but all 5 of us had a great time. Thanks for your help. "Scott - Everything was wonderful! The front desk gals were very professional and helpful. Suggested a Cuban restaurant which was fabulous! The Betsy South Beach is the kind of place I enjoy instead of the large hotels. The location was perfect for me as I could walk everywhere and not get lost. You were the one that sold me a perfect bill of goods! I will check with you for sure on my next travels when I want a nice place to stay! Scott, you were the absolute best Reservation Specialist! "I have been using SouthBeachLuxuryHotels.com to book my hotels when I come into Miami for years now because your prices are always really good. This time I wanted to take the time to let you know how helpful Abby was in making my girlfriends trip to Miami better than expected. She really went above and beyond to make sure she could do whatever possible to make a bad situation into a good one. My girlfriends flight out of New York at 930 am yesterday got postponed until an 1130 pm departure due to inclement weather and delays and she obviously was stuck paying for a hotel room that she wouldn't be arriving to until about 230 am in the morning. Abby ended up calling the hotel on her behalf and arranging for an additional upgrade to make her feel not so bad about the lost day. It worked and we are very grateful. We had a great time at the Gansevoort. The rooms were spacious and clean. We really liked having the balcony, that was a nice upgrade. The 2 restaurants were excellent. We dined at Phillippe and STK and loved them both. Spent time at the rooftop pool and the beach. Loved the stores and the location.

I must say - you did a great job with follow up and response to our needs. I promise you that our next trip will be booked through you, no question about it.

I thought the hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The room was furnished well and a great size and we also got a second upgrade at no request of our own. Service great as expected. Rooftop pool was very nice, not huge but enough for the number of people they let in.

I want to thank you for your help with booking our Miami Beach vacation. I have to say the accommodations were excellent and really made the trip one to remember. We were booked in a ground floor suite and it made it nice that were able to walk out of our suite and easily get to the pool, and cabanas.

I was in charge of finding the hotel for our Miami trip and when I started I was so overwhelmed because there are so many to choose from - I did not know where to start. I was lucky enought to talk to you and you took the time to ask questions to find out exactly what type of getaway we were looking for. Your suggestions were perfect. Everyone in my group loved the Sagamore. The room was great, and the staff was very friendly.

As for the Loews Miami Beach - it was AMAZING!!! I would recommend it to everyone.

We had one of the newly remodeled rooms on the fourth floor with a balcony and a view of - the pool, the beach, the little waterway-flowing river they have on property along the walkway and the city all at once - terrific! The beach was beautiful and very clean. The pool area had good music and attendants who found your beach chairs, put covers on them and gave you towels. They had complimentary tanner and sunblock and Avian spray for your faces. They also had iced fruit water everywhere for free! And chilled towels.

The only downside was - price! Drinks and food were very high, but that is South Beach and a luxury hotel so no surprise there!

They did accept our Loews You First Membership which allowed us a room upgrade -probably how we got the view- and complimentary internet which was nice.

We ate at Emerils and the service was top notch but mediocre food from our viewpoint for the price.

You were terrific! And based on your attitude, I would definitely use your company again and tell all my friends.

I hope that you share this e-mail with your supervisors so that you get a much deserved raise or at least a good pat on the back."

"Hello Carla, I would be glad to provide feedback. Our stay at the Loews Miami Beach in April 2009 was an excellent experience. The staff was very corteous and professional and the grounds are lovely. As you know we also had our pet Sofie with us since Loews Loves Pets and I can assure you they do. Sofie is a Maltese and she had a great time as well, walking around the hotel, out in the lawn, everybody loved her. We felt very comfortable with her as I am sure not many large hotels offer per owners this convenience. I would also like to add the excellent and professional experience I had in booking this trip with Magellan Vacations or southbeachluxuryhotels.com, the booking was very simple and saved money on the room rate and most of all, the experience was pleasant with any questions I had answered. We did not dine at Emerils, I have been there before though, as we dined with some of our other favorite restaurants in Miami Beach. In closing I would say Thank You for the Loews recommendation, we will definitely be staying with them again in the future as our pet is part of our family and does not stay behind as well as using Magellan Vacations in the future for our booking needs. "Dear Dianna I am writing to let you know of my wonderful experience working with Carla Hansen as my South Beach Luxury Hotels agent. In mid-April, my best friend and I were headed to Miami for a long-anticipated weekend getaway. We had originally booked our reservation at one of your suggested hotels, The Standard, only to read continuous terrible reviews about the property, including lack of cleanliness and severe customer service issues. The night before we were to check-in, we called SBLH and were greeted by Carla. We explained our last-minute concerns to her and immediately, she began working towards a solution. Not only was she able to cancel our reservation with the one property without a penalty, but she managed to get us an excellent rate at the Mondrian, a property that was nothing but stellar--from unparallelled guest service to amenities that went beyond.
